Systems

The thermographic systems we make are modular in that they allow the connection and management of multiple thermal imaging cameras at the same time to meet any customer need, from temperature monitoring on production lines (TMS), to early fire detection on machinery, fire-hazardous material storage depots, landfills, waste sorting plants, forested areas (EFD), to temperature measurement in mold production in die-casting foundries, gravity, low pressure (DTC), to slag presence and quantity detection in continuous casting (SLAG VISION).

Temperature monitoring on production lines

Remote temperature measurement systems using stationary thermal imaging cameras and specific software designed and developed for tracking and controlling temperatures in production of moving objects.

Early fire detection

Early fire detection systems using stationary thermal imaging cameras from various manufacturers, installed in special enclosures for outdoor and harsh environments, and specific software designed and developed for fire detection with reporting and sending alarms.

Temperature measurement in mold production in foundries

Remote temperature measurement systems using fixed thermal cameras installed in special air-cooled housings and integrated shutter, supplied with specific software designed and developed for temperature control of foundry molds and for Industry 4.0 integration with the various devices in the island (Presses, Temperature Controllers, Lubrication Robots, Lubricators, MES).

Slag detection in casting processes

System made with fixed thermal cameras and specific optics, installed in special air- and water-cooled housings to withstand high temperatures. Fully developed by our company to detect slag at the casting stage from the ladle to the tundish, and at the same time provide the percentage between steel and slag in real time so that the best quality casting can be achieved.

Edevis active thermography

Edevis GmbH specializes in the development and sale of testing technologies for nondestructive materials testing based on imaging with active thermography. The highly qualified edevis team designs systems and devices for testing composite fiber structures, for crack testing in metal components, and for testing joint connections (welded connections, adhesive joints, etc.).

Optrion shearography

Shearography is a verification technique similar to holographic interferometry for providing information about the quality of different materials in nondestructive testing, strain measurement and vibration analysis. It is an optical method based on the surface deformation of the component under test from a thermal stress and is widely used in the aerospace, automotive and materials research industries.
