Edevis active thermography

Edevis GmbH specializes in the development and sale of testing technologies for nondestructive materials testing based on imaging with active thermography. The highly qualified edevis team designs systems and devices for testing composite fiber structures, for crack testing in metal components, and for testing joint connections (welded connections, adhesive joints, etc.).

Automated test systems and laboratory test systems are available, supplied with specially developed test software for evaluating measurements.

Non-destructive laboratory testing equipment for thermography

With our thermography laboratory testing systems, we ensure safe and nondestructive testing. Typical applications of the testing systems range from fiber composites and composite materials with slower heat transport behavior to the inspection of thin layers and materials with high thermal conductivity to crack detection in nonmetallic and metallic materials with the detection of other material defects.

    Automated testing with active thermography and machine learning algorithms

    As a rule, high requirements are placed on testing with automated testing systems and systems. These requirements include rapid testing of components and materials combined with high detection sensitivity and the lowest pseudo-rejection rate. Using targeted and very efficient excitation techniques in conjunction with sophisticated machine learning algorithms, edevis creates a robust test system that is generally far superior to the manual testing process. The investment in such a system quickly pays for itself.
